February Care Grams Sock Drive & Service Project
Show some love to your community by donating Cozy Socks and Candy for our Care Grams to be distributed for Valentines Day. Our Care grams are going to our senior community as well as our young women in Fresh Start Housing.
There are multiples ways to be a part of this month’s project:
We are looking for Teen Volunteers to assemble on Feb. 8th.
We are seeking cozy sock donations, so start a cozy sock collection at work, school, or church and bring your collected cozy socks to a GAWI representative prior to or on Feb. 8th. We can coordinate with you, let’s connect.
We are seeking candy to compliment our valentine care gram.

GAWI GLOBAL Trip Kenya 2026
Our 2nd Global Partnership is a Women’s Empowerment Mission. This year we are partnering with The Influencerhers Foundation to send our seasoned GAWI students to Kenya.

GAWI Sister Circle: Wellness Workshop
Our Sister Circle provides our teens a safe space to reflect and connect with their peers, and to allow time for stillness. Our workshop will provide our students a chance to listen to their bodies as a very important practice of self awareness for mental and physical wellbeing. They will be given tips and tools to practice healthy movements that they can do on their own, even without a class.
Join us as Crystal Whiteaker brings her 15 years of creative, relational, and process-driven experience and licensed yoga teaching skills to our teens with introspection and movement.

Fall Community Service
Our community service will be on Halloween. We are serving for a Family Harvest Festival. This is a Faith Based organization's community event. Our volunteers will help to serve the community and have a chance to enjoy.
